Julie Osborne (Founder & Director)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Gleam Team was founded by Julie 29 years ago and has become a leading contract cleaning and janitorial supplies company in Dorset. Julie is “hands on” and has built up the company through her hard working and professional approach to business.  Many of the company’s contracts have been serviced by the Gleam Team for over 10 years with some  contracts running for over 23 years. Many staff members are long serving, reflecting the strong relationships that Julie has built and maintained over the years.

 

Marta Jedrych (Contracts Manager)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Marta has worked for the Gleam Team since 2007 and has the fundamental role of ensuring that the company’s high cleaning standards are maintained and monitored. Marta undertakes regular visits to the company’s contracts and supervises and trains the team of cleaners. Marta’s enthusiasm for her job and her commitment to the Gleam Team have ensured that our clients and staff are kept happy.

Paul Wright (Contracts Manager)

Paul originally joined the Gleam Team back in 2013 for just over a year before moving to the Midlands for a time.  Back in the sunny South, Paul has rejoined us and is working alongside Marta to ensure that our high cleaning standards are maintained and that our Cleaning Operatives are fully supported.  Paul is trained in hard floor, carpet and upholstery cleaning  and alongside maintaining our equipment, he has recently attended a ‘Train the Trainer’ course and now passes his extensive knowledge on to our staff as part of our In-House Staff Training.

 

Christine Whitfield, Assoc. CIPD (Office, Health & Safety Manager)


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Christine joined the Gleam Team in March 2006 and is responsible for the smooth running of the office and administrative functions. Christine works closely with our external Health & Safety Advisor to ensure that the Company meet its legal obligations. In 2014, Christine successfully completed a Level 5 HR Management Course at Bournemouth & Poole College and is an Associate Member of the CIPD and was a key member of the team that successfully achieving ISO 9001,  ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 for The Gleam Team.

 

 

Susie Conway (Accounts Manager)


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Susie joined the Gleam Team in July 2010 and is responsible for the Company Finances, including invoicing, sales and purchase ledger. Susie has over 10 years book keeping experience with various companies and has also undertaken work for the NHS as a financial administrator.

 

Cheryl Paddon (Admin/Accounts Assistant)


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cheryl joined the Gleam Team in February 2014 working part-time to support both the Accounts & Admin function and has very quickly become an invaluable member of the Office Team. Working with Susie and Christine, Cheryl has taken on many tasks, including Payroll, and is also more than willing to roll up her sleeves to assist on some of the more specialist, one-off cleaning contracts when needed.

 

 

Cleaning Staff

All our staff are uniformed, professionally trained and fully insured.  Many are trained to Level 2 NVQ in Cleaning and Support Services and hold CSCS Cards and all receive on-going training and support.  We value our staff and provide them with regular newsletters, team events and employee of the quarter awards.
