Builders Clean

We have built an excellent reputation for reliability, quality and efficiency regarding builders cleans in the construction industry. Whether initial builders clean, re-cleans or sparkle cleans – we can meet your tight deadlines.  We manage each contract from beginning to end, including sign off sheets for completion at each stage and have a trained Supervisor working on site to liaise with the site manager.

Services we offer:-

  • General  cleaning of the building by trained cleaning staff that hold their CSCS cards.
  • Window  Cleaning  via water fed pole system or from access equipment.  Operatives are IPAF trained and hold the PAL Card (Powered Access Licence) to work off Mobile booms (Cherry Pickers) and Mobile Vertical Booms (Scissor Lifts).
  • Pressure Washing
  • Specialist floor cleaning using various scrubber dryer machines.

We ensure that:

  • All our staff are fully equipped with relevant safety clothing and materials to work on site and hold a Construction Skill Certification Scheme(CSCS) card.
  • Site/contract specific risk assessments and method statements are produced.
  • All our staff are fully trained and insured and have received COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) training in chemical competence.
  • Equipment pat tested and checked to British Standards.
  • All Health and Safety procedures are adhered to.
  • We have full liability insurance.
