The Gleam Team was started in 1988 by Julie Osborne and has become a leading contract cleaning and janitorial supplies company in Dorset by offering an outstanding service.

The daily running of the business is taken care of by:

In 2005 we were asked to test some cleaning products for Norsan and were so impressed with the products that we became their sole dealer for Dorset.  We also sell paper and plastic products offering a complete range of cleaning and janitorial supplies.

 

Over the years we have become one of Dorset’s leading contract cleaning companies.  To have achieved this we:-

  • Supervise all contracts weekly and have an on site liaison book for communication between your staff and ours.
  • Encourage our Customers to complete a very quick, monthly Monitoring Form just to ensure that they are happy with our service
  • Invest in training —all staff receive in-house training and support, many of our staff have achieved a Level 2 NVQ in Cleaning and Support Services
  • All staff are supplied with Gleam Team uniforms, so you know who they are.  Our staff are loyal and we have low staff turnover as they receive above minimum wage rates and a monthly newsletter which includes staff incentives, news, hints and tips.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, including C.O.S.H.H., carry out Risk and Security Assessments at each Contract and have full Liability Insurance.
  • Reduce our Carbon Foot Print by using washable cloths, environmentally friendly products diluted into refillable, re-useable containers and no aerosols.
  • Use colour coded cleaning systems to prevent cross contamination.
