  • We agree a cleaning schedule to suit your needs.
  • Supervise all contracts weekly and have an on site liaison book for communication between your staff and ours.
  • Encourage our customers to complete a very quick monthly Customer Monitoring Form just to ensure our customers are happy with our service.
  • Maintain Stock Levels.  We are also a Cleaning and Janitorial supplier and can offer a 5% discount on our brochure prices to our customers.  To save you time, our cleaning staff can monitor and manage your stock.
  • Invest in training.  Many of our staff are trained to Level 2 NVQ in Cleaning and Support Services and all receive in-house training and support.  All our staff are paid above the minimum wage.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety (including C.O.S.H.H.), Risk and Security Assessment, Training policies and we have Full Liability Insurance.
  • Use colour coded micro-fibre cleaning system to prevent cross contamination and Norsan environmentally friendly products.
  • Supply all staff with Gleam Team uniforms so you know who they are.
  • The Team cover for each others holidays or sickness.
  • Security clearance for cleaners can be organised as necessary, for banks and other sensitive areas
