Factory Cleaning

We clean many factories in the Dorset Area from large to small, one day a week to 7 days per week.

We have the equipment to clean large floor areas.   All staff are suitably trained and understand the importance of Health and Safety.  Particular attention is given to our Customer's own Health and Safety regulations and personal protective requirements.

• We agree a cleaning schedule to suit your needs.
• Supervise all contracts weekly and have an on site liaison book for communication between your staff and ours.
• Encourage our customers to complete a very quick monthly Customer Monitoring Form just to ensure our customers are happy with our service.
• Maintain Stock Levels.  We are also a Cleaning and Janitorial supplier and can offer a 5% discount on our brochure prices to our customers.  To save you time, our cleaning staff can monitor and manage your stock.
• Invest in training.  Many of our staff are trained to Level 2 NVQ in Cleaning and Support Services and all receive in-house training and support.  All our staff are paid above the minimum wage.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety (including C.O.S.H.H.), Risk and Security Assessment, Training policies and we have Full Liability Insurance.
• Use colour coded micro-fibre cleaning system to prevent cross contamination and Norsan environmentally friendly products.
• Supply all staff with Gleam Team uniforms so you know who they are.
• The Team cover for each others holidays or sickness.
• Security clearance for cleaners can be organised as necessary, for banks and other sensitive areas.
